Sometimes the loading screen's progress bar will appear to be stuck during launch. Here are some suggestions for how you can resolve this issue:
Clear your Browser's Cache
Clearing your web-browser's cookies and cached data from the browser settings menu, and then relaunching the simulation, may resolve this issue.

Close Other Applications
Try closing down any other programs and browser tabs that are open in order to free up system memory (RAM). Then relaunch the simulation.
Try a Different Web Browser
You can try loading the simulation in a different web browser. Please ensure that your browser is updated to the latest version.
