Sometimes the loading screen's progress bar will appear to be stuck during launch. Here are some suggestions for how you can resolve this issue:
- Wait and See: The simulation may still be downloading, even if the progress bar appears to have stopped moving. Try giving the simulation a few more minutes to complete loading If the simulation still has not loaded, you may need to wait until your internet connection is not as busy, or try one of the options below.
- Close Other Applications: Try closing down any other programs and browser tabs that are open in order to free up system memory (RAM). Then relaunch the simulation.
- Try a Different Web Browser: You can try loading the simulation in a different web browser. Please ensure that your browser is updated to the latest version.
- Clear your Browser's Cache: Clearing your web-browser's cookies and cached data from the browser settings menu may resolve this issue. If you are unsure how to clear your browser’s cache, Contact Technical Support for assistance.
