Enrollment keys

Last Updated: Oct 25, 2018 05:47PM EDT
An Enrollment Key is a short code unique to each institutional or individual license, which you might need to enter during Step 1 of the Account Creation process. Not every institution will require an Enrollment Key.

The Enrollment Key (if required) is typically included in the introductory message you received about the simulation, often found near the link to the login page.
Don't Know your Enrollment Key?

If you are unsure what Enrollment Key to use, contact Technical Support and include the simulation you are looking to take (for example, At-Risk for University Students), and the institution you are associated with.
Adding a New Enrollment

If you already have an account and wish to add a new Enrollment Key to your existing Enrollments, please follow the steps below:
1.) Log in to your existing account.
2.) From the "Choose a Course" screen, you will see all currently available and expired simulations for your account. Click on your name at the top right hand corner of the screen to display your Account Menu.

3.) From the Account Menu, Click on "Add Enrollment Key" (toward the bottom)

4.) Enter your Enrollment Key in the provided field. Then click "Continue". The enrollment should take a moment to process.

5.)  Depending on your institution, you may need to answer some additional questions to update your accounts associations.

6.) Once you have completed all steps of the association process, you will then see the newly enrolled simulations available as additional tiles in your "Course Carousel" at the top of the screen.
