VISTS Troubleshooting: Problems Logging In

Email Address or Password Unrecognized
Before you can access VISTS Online, you’ll first need to register an account (see Accessing VISTS Online). This connects your email address to your new account, and allows you to save your progress and provide a personalized Certificate of Completion when you’re finished.

If you have not yet created an account, your email address will not be recognized. Please ensure that you have created an account before trying to log in.

If you receive an error message stating that your password or email address isn't recognized, please ensure that both your email and password are entered correctly, and if you are copying / pasting either credential, please make sure that there are no additional spaces captured before or after the text.
