Nothing Happens on Launch (Loading Issue)

When you click on the "Launch," "Resume," or "Re-Launch" button, the Simulation should appear in a pop-up window. 

Pop-up blockers will prevent the simulation window from appearing. This is likely the case if:

 
  • You click to launch, but nothing appears to happen at all.
 
If you click the "Launch" button and the training window does not appear, please be sure to allow pop-ups for our site in your browser's settings
 
  • You click to launch, and you see a "spinning wheel" that seems to be processing, but the pop-up window never displays.

If you allow pop-ups in your browser and the issue persists, or if you see the "spinning wheel," double-check that you are using a supported browser (for example, if you attempt to launch a Kognito simulation in Internet Explorer, you may receive the "spinning wheel.")
