Loading Issue: Progress bar stuck

It may occasionally appear that the simulation has "frozen" or otherwise stopped responding while loading content. There are several reasons why this may occur, including limited internet bandwidth or low available system memory (RAM).

First close down any other programs and browser tabs before trying to launch the training. Other programs may compete for system resources and prevent the simulation from loading on computers with relatively limited specifications.  

If the progress bar appears to have stopped moving, try giving the simulation a few more minutes to complete loading. The training may still be downloading, especially if you are taking the training at times of high network traffic. If the simulation still has not loaded after a few more minutes, you may need to wait until your internet connection is not as busy.

Please contact Technical Support if the issue persists, or if you see an error message when loading fails. Include in your support request the text of any error messages displayed.
