Certificate of completion

A “Certificate” button should become available once the simulation is completed. If the button is not available, first double-check that you have completed all sections of the simulation. Also note that you may be required to review the Post-Simulation Survey before the Certificate becomes available.

If nothing happens when you select the “Certificate” button, check to see if your browser is set to block pop-ups. Pop-up blockers may prevent the Certificate window from displaying, so you may need to disable the pop-up blocker in order to receive your Certificate.

Please contact Support if you are still having trouble accessing your Certificate of Completion.
