You can reset your password using the following steps:
 
  • Select the link at the bottom of the “Sign in” box that says “Reset Your Password.”
  • Enter your email address into the window that pops up. Be sure to enter the email address you use to log-in to the Kognito training website. You will be notified if the email entered is not in our system.
  • The new password will be sent to the e-mail address you entered. If you didn’t receive an email within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder.
  • If the password has not arrived within a brief period of time, and the email was not filtered into your spam folder, please contact Technical Support and refrain from further attempts to reset your password through the automated system.
 
Once you have logged in successfully with the password provided, you can manually change your password by opening your Account Menu - to do this, click on your name at the top right hand corner of the "Choose a Course" screen.
